How hotel pickup works on every departure
All five departures follow the same pattern. In the morning a jeep works its way along the resort belt and collects guests hotel by hotel. The order depends on where each hotel sits on that morning's route, which is why we do not publish a fixed clock time. After you book, we confirm your pickup time by message, and that time is specific to your hotel.
The meeting point is always the main entrance gate of your hotel. Not the lobby, not the beach gate. Large resorts often have several entrances; the driver comes to the main gate on the road side, so please be there and easy to spot.
We describe pickup by area, not by hotel name, because the five departures are organised by resort belt and every hotel inside a belt is collected the same way. The lists below name the resort areas we collect from on every run and the areas we serve on request. If your hotel stands inside a listed area, you are in the pickup belt. If it is in an on-request area, or you are not sure which area applies, write to us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84 before booking and we answer for your hotel.
- Pickup in the morning; the time is confirmed after booking and varies by hotel
- Meeting point: the main entrance gate of your hotel
- Drop-off at the same hotel at the end of the day
- Pickup and drop-off are included in every departure
- We name areas; individual hotels are confirmed on request, never promised on a page
Side belt: Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki and Kumköy
The Side departure collects on every run from Side itself, Manavgat, Evrenseki and Kumköy, and a hotel in any of the four can be entered straight into the Side day's booking page. Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Sorgun, Titreyengöl and Kızılağaç are on request: send us the hotel name on WhatsApp before you book and we confirm for your date; nothing is promised in advance.
The day runs approximately 8 hours through the Taurus above Manavgat, with lunch by the water and drop-off at your hotel at the end. The route and the Side-specific questions are covered on the Side region page.
Alanya belt: from Kestel to Okurcalar
The Alanya departure collects along the coastal strip between Kestel and Okurcalar. Okurcalar, İncekum, Avsallar, Türkler, Konaklı, Alanya centre, Oba and Kestel are all on the standard route, so a hotel in any of these areas is collected on every run, and its name goes straight into the form for the Dim River day.
Mahmutlar and Kargıcak are on request. We cannot promise them on a page. Ask on WhatsApp with your hotel name before you book; the answer is case by case.
This is the Dim River day: approximately 8 hours with river crossings, a swim stop and lunch on a platform over the water, then drop-off at your hotel. Everything about the route is on the Alanya region page.
Belek belt: the golf coast and the villages around it
The Belek departure collects from Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, İskele, Taşlıburun, Üçkumtepesi, Acısu, Denizyaka and İleribaşı. There is no on-request list for Belek: all of these areas are on the standard route, so a hotel on the golf coast or in one of the surrounding resorts is inside the belt and can be booked on the booking page for the Belek day.
The day runs approximately 7 hours from the coast into the Taurus foothills and back, with river crossings, a village stop and a riverside lunch before drop-off at your hotel. The full description of the day is on the Belek region page.
The hotels around Kadriye are set out separately, with the areas the jeep passes on that side of the belt.
Antalya city belt: Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı and the centre
The Antalya departure collects from Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı and Antalya city centre. These four areas cover the hotel zones on both sides of the city, from the Kundu hotel strip to the Konyaaltı coast, plus the centre itself. There is no on-request list here.
The day runs approximately 7 hours into the Taurus foothills behind the city, with river crossings, a village stop and lunch beside running water, then a return to your hotel. The city belt has its own page, the Lara and Kundu page, which describes the day in detail.
Guests staying on the Konyaaltı side of the city have their own page, with the hotels we name there.
Kemer belt: Kemer centre, Beldibi, Göynük and Çamyuva
The Kemer departure collects from Kemer centre, Beldibi, Göynük and Çamyuva on every run, and a hotel in any of the four goes straight onto the Kemer day's own form. Kiriş and Tekirova are on request: they are not on the standard route, so ask on WhatsApp with your hotel name before booking rather than assuming they are covered.
The Kemer day runs approximately 7 hours through the pine forests of the Taurus above the resort, with a stop at a mountain stream and lunch at a riverside restaurant among the pines, then drop-off at your hotel. Everything else about the day is on the Kemer region page.
The Kemer belt is set out hotel by hotel along the Kemer coast road on its own page.
If the jeep cannot find you
Our booking terms are short on this point, and we repeat them here. Please be at the main entrance of your hotel at the time we confirmed. The driver looks for you there. If the vehicle cannot find you at the gate, the departure may leave without you.
If nobody is at the pickup point at the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the vehicle continues its route. So keep your phone on that morning, and message us as early as you can if your plans change. A message the evening before is easy to handle; a message after the jeep has left your area is not.
What to tell us when you book, and what happens next
Reservation is free and nothing is taken online: no card, no deposit. When you book, give us the name of your hotel and your room number, the number of adults and children, the date you want, and a phone number that works on WhatsApp. We use these to confirm the reservation, to tell you your pickup time, and so the driver finds you at the right hotel on the right morning.
You then receive a confirmation and a message with the pickup time for your hotel. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Payment is in euros on the day of the tour; pickup and drop-off are already part of every departure, with nothing extra for the transfer.
Staying in Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı or the city centre? You can reserve the Antalya city day here and put the hotel details straight into the booking form; the pickup message follows.
- Hotel name, and the resort area if you know it
- Room number
- Number of adults and children
- Date of the tour
- A phone number that works on WhatsApp
Not sure which departure covers your hotel?
Most hotels belong clearly to one belt. The ones worth checking are the on-request areas at the edges: Kızılağaç at the edge of the Side belt, Mahmutlar and Kargıcak at the edge of the Alanya belt, Kiriş and Tekirova at the edge of the Kemer belt. For those, and for any hotel you cannot place, our decision page explains which departure to book, belt by belt.
If you would rather see the whole picture first, how the five days differ, what is included and what to bring, the region-wide complete guide gathers all of it on one page and points back here for pickup detail.
Once you know which departure collects you, the last open question is usually the fare, and it is not on this page because it changes with the belt. What the day costs from each belt is set out region by region, adult and child, so the whole province is in front of you before you pick a date.
