How many can book together
One reservation can carry up to 40 guests, counted as adults from 13, children aged 4-12 at the child rate and infants aged 0-3 free, with up to 10 infants on one booking. Everybody on the reservation is collected from the same belt and rides in the same convoy; the day is not split across dates or departures.
A larger party than the form accepts is not refused, it is handled by hand: send the number of guests, the hotel or hotels and the date to +90 536 603 75 84 on WhatsApp and we will say what is possible on that date. That is also the route for a party spread over several hotels or unsure which belt it belongs to.
Who rides in which jeep
Each jeep carries 8-10 guests with a professional driver, so a group of eight to ten usually fills one jeep on its own, and a group of twenty spreads over two or three. We say usually because how a party spreads across the jeeps follows the day's list and is not something the booking form can promise; a group of six may share its jeep with another party.
Guests on one booking travel in the same convoy; how the party is spread across the jeeps is not something the booking fixes. Nobody in the group drives at any point, whatever the size of the party; every vehicle has its own driver and the group are passengers throughout.
The private jeep question, answered plainly
There is no private jeep safari on this site. Every one of the five departures is a shared convoy, and none of them is sold as a jeep or a convoy reserved for one group with its own route or its own timing. We publish no private price because there is no private product to price.
What exists is the shared booking described above, and a WhatsApp conversation for anything beyond it. If your group wants a whole jeep, several jeeps together or a day arranged around the party, ask with the date, the hotel and the number of guests; the answer is given for that date and that request, and we would rather answer honestly than advertise an arrangement we do not run as a product.
What we do not offer
There is no team-building programme, no stag or hen package, no corporate day and no group leader or event host. A company outing, a birthday or a wedding party books the same shared day as everyone else and gets the same day: an open-top convoy, the water stops, the village stop and lunch.
There are also no seat promises. Which jeep a party rides in and where each guest sits is not fixed by the booking, and a large booking does not change the vehicle, the route or the length of the day for the belt.
Which belt a group ends up on
The belt is fixed by where the group sleeps, not by preference. A party staying in one resort goes on that resort's departure: Side, Alanya, Belek, the Antalya city belt or Kemer, each with its own list of scheduled pickup areas. The first thing to check is the belt your hotels belong to, because a group split across two belts cannot be collected by one convoy.
The departures differ in length and water. Side and Alanya run approximately 8 hours, the others approximately 7; Side is lake country with a swim stop and an optional boat hour paid on the day, Alanya crosses the Dim River and eats on a platform over it, and Belek, the city belt and Kemer are stream days with shallow crossings, a wade or a paddle and lunch beside running water. Pickup for a party in several hotels
The convoy collects from the main entrance gate of each hotel in the morning; the time is confirmed after booking and varies by hotel, so two hotels in the same belt get two times. How pickup from several hotels in one belt works, and which areas are scheduled or on request, is on the pickup page. A group spread across an on-request area and a scheduled one should ask before reserving.
Give every hotel name in the booking or the WhatsApp message. A party that names one hotel and waits at three is a party the jeeps cannot find.
Paying and cancelling as a group
The reservation is free and takes no card. The fare is per person and is paid in euros on the day of the tour; what the group pays per person, adult and child, for each belt is on the price page. Nothing is paid in advance, so nothing is held against a group that shrinks.
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before departure, and because nothing was charged there is nothing to refund; inside 24 hours, tell us anyway, because seats and lunch are counted per person. Guests under the influence of alcohol may be refused on the morning without refund, which is worth knowing for a party the night before.
