What a jeep safari on the Antalya coast actually is
The mountains start almost directly behind the beach hotels, and a jeep safari takes you up into those foothills on tracks a coach cannot use. You ride in an open-top 4x4 with 8-10 guests per jeep, several jeeps travel as a convoy, and every jeep has a professional driver at the wheel. Guests never drive; you hold on, get wet in summer and take photos. On winter runs the jeeps are covered.

The five departure belts
We run the day from five separate resort belts, each with its own departure, pickup area and approximate length. You book the departure that matches where your hotel stands; the convoy only collects inside its own belt.
If your hotel sits on the edge of a belt, or somewhere not named above, do not guess: the pickup guide by region lists every scheduled and on-request area for all five departures.
One belt goes further and sells two activities in one day, which changes the shape of the day considerably.
- Side belt: Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki and Kumköy are scheduled pickups; Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Sorgun, Titreyengöl and Kızılağaç on request.
- Alanya belt: the coast from Kestel through Oba, Alanya centre, Konaklı, Türkler, Avsallar and İncekum to Okurcalar; Mahmutlar and Kargıcak on request.
- Belek belt: Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, İskele, Taşlıburun, Üçkumtepesi, Acısu, Denizyaka and İleribaşı.
- Antalya city belt: Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı and the city centre.
- Kemer belt: Kemer centre, Beldibi, Göynük and Çamyuva; Kiriş and Tekirova on request.
The shape of the day, from hotel gate to hotel gate
Whichever belt you leave from, the day has the same skeleton. A jeep collects you in the morning at the main entrance gate of your hotel; the exact time is confirmed after booking and varies by hotel, so we never print a clock time here.
Lunch, driver, guiding, pickup and drop-off are part of the price everywhere. Drinks, photos and videos taken by the tour team, personal expenses and any optional stop with an entrance fee are paid on the spot. Guiding is in English, German, Russian and Turkish.

How the five days differ
The Side departure climbs into the lake and reservoir country above Side and Manavgat, with a lakeside lunch and a viewpoint over Green Canyon; it runs approximately 8 hours. We keep that route thin here, because our Green Canyon visitor guide already describes the lake country in depth.
From Alanya the day belongs to the Dim River (Dimçayı): river crossings, photo stops at the Dim Dam, a village stop and lunch on a platform restaurant over the water, again approximately 8 hours. Dim Cave is an optional stop with a small entrance fee paid locally, not part of the price; the Alanya page covers that day stop by stop.
The Belek, Antalya city and Kemer departures each run approximately 7 hours and share a family likeness: a climb from the coast into the foothills, red-dirt or rocky tracks, shallow river crossings, a water fight at the river and a riverside lunch. Belek adds citrus groves and greenhouses on the climb, a village stop and time to paddle in the stream at lunch; the Antalya city day passes pine forest, orchards and viewpoints over green valleys and stops in a mountain village; the Kemer day climbs through pine forest past small villages and terraced gardens, with muddy crossings, a stop at a mountain stream and views over the valleys and the Mediterranean. We do not name villages or rivers on those three routes, because the operating records do not, and we would rather say less than invent.
Who the day suits – and who should think twice
Adults are anyone aged 13-99 in the booking form. Children aged 4-12 travel at a child rate shown in the booking form, and infants aged 0-3 ride free.
The tracks are rough. The day is not recommended for pregnant guests or guests with back or neck problems; tell us before boarding. Older guests should weigh three plain facts: you climb in and out of a high vehicle several times, the tracks are bumpy for long stretches, and in summer you sit in the sun in an open jeep. You know your own limits.
What to wear and what to bring
Dress for dust and water, not for dinner. In summer the jeeps soak each other at the stream stops and the convoy pushes through shallow crossings, so wear clothes you do not mind getting wet and dusty and pack a dry set for the ride home. Keep the bag small; it is easier to hold on to.

Season and weather, honestly
The jeep safari runs daily in season. The only departure with dated months on record is Alanya, which runs from April to November; for the other belts, ask us whether your date is available rather than assuming. Summer departures are the open-top, get-wet version; winter runs use covered jeeps. We do not publish temperatures or month-by-month forecasts; they would be guesses.
If a departure cannot run safely on your date, we move you to another date or cancel at no cost; that is in our terms, not a favour. What a shower does to a given date is not something we predict – you were going to get wet anyway – because the call is made on the day, on safety.
How booking works
No money moves online and we never ask for a card. You reserve a departure and a date, we confirm your pickup time by message, and you pay in euros on the day of the tour. A reservation can be withdrawn at no charge as long as we hear from you at least 24 hours ahead of the departure, and +90 536 603 75 84 on WhatsApp takes any question about your hotel, date or group.
Every departure has its own adult price and child rate, and this guide deliberately quotes none of them; a figure out of context leads people to book the wrong belt. For all five side by side, use the full price breakdown, which also explains what is included and what is paid on the day.
