What a reservation is, and is not
Submitting the form reserves places on one departure on one date. It costs nothing, takes no card and creates no invoice; the euros change hands on the day of the tour itself. What you get back is a confirmation of the places and, separately, the pickup time for your hotel, which varies by hotel and is therefore never printed on the site in advance.
A reservation is not a seat plan: it does not reserve a particular jeep or seat. What is fixed is the date, the departure and the number of guests.
The steps, in order
The whole process is short enough to do from a sunbed, and nothing in it needs a payment card.
- Find the departure that collects from your resort belt: Side, Alanya, Belek, the Antalya city belt or Kemer. Your hotel decides this; there is no choosing between routes.
- Open that departure's page and fill in the form: your name, phone number, email, hotel name and room number, the date, the number of adults, children aged 4-12 and infants aged 0-3, and anything we should know in the message box.
- Send it. No card, no deposit, no payment page.
- We confirm the places and then send the pickup time for your hotel. It varies by hotel and arrives after the booking, not before.
- On the morning, wait at the main entrance gate of your hotel a little before the confirmed time with euros in cash for the fare.
- You pay in euros on the day of the tour. That is the only payment in the whole process.
The five departures and what each costs
Prices are per person in euros and include hotel pickup and drop-off from the belt, the full day with a professional driver, lunch at a riverside or lakeside restaurant and guiding through the day. Children aged 4-12 pay the child rate; infants aged 0-3 travel free. Prices last checked 2 September 2026.

Cancelling and changing
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before departure: message us on WhatsApp with the name on the booking and it is done, and because nothing was charged there is nothing to refund. Inside 24 hours, tell us anyway; places and lunch are counted per person, and you will not be invoiced for a late cancellation either.
If weather or road conditions make a departure unsafe, we move you to another date that suits you or cancel at no cost; the call is made on safety. If nobody is at the gate at the confirmed time and we cannot reach you, the convoy continues its route.
What to have ready on the morning
The reservation needs nothing printed. What the day needs is in your bag and on your feet.
Settled on site rather than in the fare: what you drink at lunch and at the stops, the tour team's own photos and videos, your personal spending, and the entrance fee of any optional stop you choose to add. The optional extras are named on each departure's page; none of them is added to the booking in advance.
- Euros in cash for the fare, for drinks and for any optional stop
- The hotel name and room number you booked with, in case the driver asks
- Closed shoes that can get wet and dusty; swimwear worn under your clothes
- A towel and a full change of clothes — summer departures include water fights and stream crossings
- Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a waterproof pouch for your phone
- A word to the driver before boarding about any back or neck problem; the day is not recommended for pregnant guests
Not sure which departure is yours
Each departure collects only from its own belt, and some resorts sit on the edge of a list. Which resorts each departure collects from, scheduled and on request, is set out on the pickup page.
If you are not sure which belt your hotel is in, the decision page walks through it by resort; or send the hotel name to WhatsApp and we will tell you which departure to reserve.
What we do not ask for and do not promise
We do not ask for a card, a deposit or a passport number, and we do not publish an exact pickup time before the booking exists. We do not promise a particular jeep or seat, and we do not sell a private jeep; every departure is a shared convoy of open-top 4x4s with 8-10 guests in each. Guests never drive.
