What a jeep safari day is
A jeep safari is a sightseeing day first. Open-top 4x4 jeeps leave the resort belt in a convoy, each with a professional driver and 8-10 guests, and climb into the Taurus foothills behind the coast: dusty tracks, shallow river crossings, viewpoints over green valleys, a village stop, a riverside lunch beside running water. In summer there are water fights between the jeeps and you get wet; in winter the fleet switches to covered jeeps. Guests never drive. You hold on, look and get splashed.
The day runs approximately 7 hours from the Antalya, Belek and Kemer belts and approximately 8 hours from Side and Alanya, hotel gate to hotel gate. Pickup is in the morning from the main entrance of your hotel; the exact time is confirmed after booking and varies by hotel. If you stay in Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı or the city centre, the Antalya jeep safari departure is yours.

What a quad safari is
A quad safari is a driving activity. The course our sister operation uses is not in the resort at all: guests are collected from their hotel and driven to the Aspendos area, around the Köprüçay river, where the riding happens on natural terrain with river sections, forest tracks and off-road trails. Dust is part of the deal; mud depends on the day and is never promised.
The ride itself is sold in two lengths, a short ride of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and a long ride of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, inside a programme of approximately 4 to 4.5 hours door to door including the transfer and the briefing. There are two sessions a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. A helmet is included; a dust mask, goggles and a bandana are not, and goggles are sold at the course. Who drives, and who is allowed to
On the jeep day nobody but the driver drives. That is the whole point of the vehicle: it is a way of getting a family or a couple into the mountains without anyone having to steer, brake or read a track.
On the quad day the rule is set by the course, not by a road. No driving licence is required, because the ride takes place on a private off-road course rather than a public road. Drivers must be aged 16 or over. Before every tour there is a compulsory test ride, and passing it is what allows a guest to drive; anyone who does not pass, or who would rather not drive, rides along as a passenger at half the driver's price. Both facts belong together: the reason there is no licence check is the course, and the thing that decides who drives is the test.

Families and couples
For a family the jeep is the simpler day. Children aged 4-12 pay the child rate shown in the booking form, infants aged 0-3 travel free, and the family travels together in the same convoy. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and the rough tracks are not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with back or neck problems.
A quad seats a driver and one passenger, so a family of four is spread over two machines, each with someone aged 16 or over who has passed the test ride at the handlebars. Everyone who joins the transfer and the ride pays, driver or passenger, adult or child; there is no separate child rate and no free tier. Children under four are not recommended, because a small child can find it hard to hold on safely.
For a couple the question is simply whether you want to drive. Two guests who both want the handlebars each take a machine; two guests who want to look at the mountains and be splashed by the jeep in front usually pick the convoy.
Where each day collects
The jeep days cover the whole coast in five belts: Side, Alanya, Belek, Antalya city and Kemer, each with its own departure and its own route. Your hotel decides the belt, and the page on which of the five jeep days collects from your belt explains the rule.
The quad course collects from a single coast list: Belek, Kadriye, Boğazkent, Lara, Kundu, Antalya, Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı, Side, Manavgat, Evrenseki, Kumköy, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu and Kızılot, with the round-trip transfer included in the price. Kemer and the Alanya belt are not on that list; a guest staying there who wants to ride a quad should ask on WhatsApp rather than assume a pickup.
Length of the day and what is included
The jeep day includes hotel pickup and drop-off from the belt, the full day in the mountains with a professional driver, lunch at a riverside or lakeside restaurant and guiding during the day. Drinks, photos and videos taken by the tour team, personal expenses and any optional stop with an entrance fee are paid on site.
The quad programme includes the round-trip hotel transfer, an instructor, insurance and a helmet. Not included are the dust mask, goggles and bandana, drinks and snacks at the rest stop, and the photo and video service. It is a half-day programme, sold as a morning or an afternoon session.

Can you do both on one holiday?
Yes, as two separate days. There is no jeep-and-quad combination ticket; the jeep is a full day and the quad a half day, so they sit comfortably in the same week, and many guests take the jeep early in the holiday to see the mountains and the quad later to drive in them. On both sides the commercial terms are the same: a free booking, no advance payment, no card online, euros on the day and a free release up to 24 hours before departure.
